Spring Break 2019

While we watched many of our friends head south for Spring Break, we stuck around cold and gray Indiana. However we tried to add some light and bright new to our lives by giving each of the kids rooms a simple little makeover. We added color to each of the kids rooms, bought some new decor, and cleaned, cleaned cleaned. We were all quite pleased with the way things turned out. Emmalyn's room went to a gray, with pops of teal and coral. We had a blast at Hobby Lobby and practiced self-control by not buying EVERY little decor item that would match! Colton's room was up next and with the accumulation of banners he's earned in his first few years in the Cattle Barn, we kind of decided to use that as our theme. We painted the walls a light gray, then hung white lattice on a wall that he could hang all his ribbons and banners on through the years. Early Spring Randomness

I always wind up doing a dump post of some sort, because there are so many pictures and memories I want to capture, but just like our life....most of them are RANDOM. So, as life moves at this super quick pace, please bear with me, and just enjoy the memories.  We dealt with pneumonia with mom before Christmas this past year, and unfortunately, it hit Sister Sarah pretty hard in the month of February. Having a new baby and 3 kids under 4, I wanted to help. So  I stole George and Lucy for a day so that Momma could rest. We had a great day -- we tumbled, baked, dug legos out of the trash bag in Emmalyn's room (dumpster diving is a handed down trait in the Hall family! HAHA). We even snuck these little Cavaliers into the Frontier Elementary to have lunch with their big cousins.
